If this hotel was full why was the casino so empty you were lucky to see 100 people, there? To start we made 3 reservations, when we got there, they only had 2 of our reservations, I asked if they had another room and I was told no, I went online to their website and it showed rooms available for a Higher price, I showed it to her that they had rooms on their site she said again we have no rooms, so I booked it for the 3rd couple after they just drove 4 hours to get there, I went back to the counter said now do you see a reservation she said yes, so if you didn't have any rooms how did I just get one?
